Your privacy is very important to us at Sprocket ("Sprocket," "we," "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, if we share it with anyone, and how you can update, manage and delete your information. Please read below to see how the Sprocket developer, doing business as Retrographic LLC (“Retrographic LLC”). handles information. Before you get to the details, here are a few of our fundamental privacy principles:

Retrographic LLC respects your privacy and shares your concern about the security of data you may submit to Sprocket’s websites (including sprocket.bike) and the related mobile applications and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains the information we collect, how we use and protect it. This policy was written in English. To the extent a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Sprocket services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
HOW YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
- By clicking “I Agree”, “Get Started” or using the Sprocket mobile application (the “App”) and its accompanying data service (the “Service”), however accessed or used, You agree that you have read and understand the “Privacy Policy” as it relates to the Service provided for You (in either case, “You” or “Your”) by Retrographic LLC, information we collect and the content you upload, post and share publicly and privately to our platform, including photos, text, comments, advertisement for bicycle, bicycle components, or other components, and other materials ("User Content"). By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the servers of Retrographic LLC and the authorized third parties referred to in this Privacy Policy. This additionally means that other Users may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
- Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede the prior version. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated and Effective Date” above and, in some cases, we may place a notice on our website and we may send you a notice of our changes as well if you have provided us your e-mail address. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
APPLICABILITY OF PRIVACY POLICY
- Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").

1. WHAT KINDS OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
To provide the Sprocket services, we must process information about you. The types of information Retrographic LLC collects, and how that information is used, depend on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls. We collect the following types of information:
When you’re not signed in to a Google, Apple, Strava, Microsoft, or Yahoo Account (Third-Party Services), we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, application, or device you’re using. This helps us do things like maintain your language preferences across browsing sessions.
When you’re signed in to Third Party Services, we also collect information from your account, which we treat as your personal information.
Information you and others provide us directly
- Registration information. When you sign up for a Sprocket account using Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, Strava or any other similar method, you give us your basic information from your profile used for authentication such as your Google Firebase User Id (FUID) account identifier (or any other similar account identifier), profile photo, name, email address and phone number.
- Information and content you provide. We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use Sprocket, including when you sign up for an account, enter optional profile information about yourself, create or share content, and message or communicate with others, including sellers/buyers and Retrographic LLC. This can include information in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the location of a bicycle sale or the date a bicycle photo file was created. Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
- Location. If you elect to use location-based features via the Services, then the physical location of your device will be collected. You may allow Sprocket to access your devices location through the operating system or enter your or your sales location manually. If you grant the Sprocket app location access through the OS you are able to disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings by disabling “Location Services”. When we collect your location on Android or Web, we collect your precise location because it is required by Microsoft Clarity to view screen recordings in order to develop our products. This location is not real-time, is not used in any way by the Sprocket app and is not exposed to others.
- Email. Your e-mail address when you register a Sprocket bicycle sale listing ad (free or paid) and/or when you contact us directly to provide feedback or ask for assistance (along with contents of the message and any attachments you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide)
- Alternate Email. Your e-mail address (which is different from the address which may or may not have been provided by you during the account creation process and) which you have explicitly provided to us so it could be associated with your account for the purpose of buyers having a way of contacting you or to prevent buyers from seeing or contacting you on the email used to create your Sprocket account.
- Phone number. Your phone number which you have explicitly provided to us so it could be associated with your account for the purpose of buyers having a call or text way of contacting you or having a more convenient call or text way of contacting you than by email.
Other contact methods. Your other alternate contact methods, such as; Session, Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Line, Google Chat, FB/Meta Messenger, Kik, etc. which you have explicitly provided to us so it could be associated with your account for the purpose of buyers having a way of contacting you or to prevent buyers from seeing or contacting you on the email used to create your Sprocket account.
Payment methods. Your supported payment methods which you have explicitly provided to us, such as; cash, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Square, Zelle, etc., so they could be associated with your account for the purpose of buyers having a faster way of understanding what payment methods you take and increasing the likelihood of contacting you about listings on your Sprocket account. - Networks and connections. We collect information about the people, accounts, and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Service, such as people you communicate with.
- Collections from children. Sprocket is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and Retrographic LLC does not knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. Sprocket does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected such personal information, we will delete that information . If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact at [email protected] or via the feedback form in the section of the mobile application or website at which to contact us.
Device Information:
- Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.
- Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from apps or external accounts you use in Sprocket. We also may collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP addresses, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
- Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos. Sprocket is all about connecting nearby bicycle buyers and sellers. To do this we need to know where you are to show you nearby bicycle sales and make sure your bicycle sale and associated photos are visible to the nearby community.
- Cookie data: If you give us permission to do so, when you visit the Services, data from our cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings can be used to collect information about how you use Sprocket, provide features to you and personalize your experience. Sprocket may also use this data to assist it in delivering content specific to your interests.
Third party analytics information We may receive additional information about you through the following data processors:
- Google Play Console ( EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certified ) The anonymized data collected and examined in aggregate by Google is done automatically and for every mobile application available on the Google Play Store and is maintained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policies respectively. Limited aggregate Google Data from your Android device may be available to you upon written request to Google or by visiting Google Takeout https:/ takeout.google.com
- Apple App Connect Console ( APEC CBPR certified ) The anonymized data collected and examined in aggregate by Google and Apple is done automatically and for every mobile application available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and is maintained in accordance with Google’s and Apple’s Privacy Policies respectively. If you are using an iOS device you may at any time opt out of providing this information in Apple iOS: If you have iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > Privacy, scroll down and tap Analytics. Then tap Share iPhone & Watch Analytics. If you have iOS 10 to iOS 10.2, go to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage and select Automatically Don't Send. If you have iOS 9, go to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage, and select Automatically Don't Send. Online tools for the exercise of access, correction, or deletion requests are available on a regional basis by signing in to privacy.apple.com. Where the online tool is not currently available for access requests in your region, a request may be made directly to apple.com/legal/privacy/contact.
- Samsung Galaxy Store Console The anonymized data collected and examined in aggregate by Samsung is done automatically and for every mobile application available on the Samsung Galaxy Store and is maintained in accordance with Samsung’s Privacy Policies respectively.
- Amazon Appstore Console The anonymized data collected and examined in aggregate by Amazon is done automatically and for every mobile application available on the Amazon Appstore and is maintained in accordance with Amazon’s Privacy Policies respectively.

and other third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic, user data and usage trends for the Service. These tools automatically collect information sent by Google Play, the Apple App Store, your device or our Service, including but not limited to, information on how Google Play, the Apple App Store and Devices are being used, that assist Google, Apple and us in improving Google’s services, Apple’s services and our Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
- Microsoft Clarity which uses code to recreate a simulation of how people moved through our Web and Android apps in a privacy-safe manner which we use for the purposes of identifying and rectifying places our customers get stuck and optimizing our UI/UX design so we can serve them better
- Bike Index Used to check the theft status of bicycle serial numbers
- 529 Garage Used to check the theft status of bicycle serial numbers
2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The personal data we collect helps us address your needs, provide our Services, and carry out our business and legal obligations. Specifically, the personal data we collect enables us to: (1) provide our Services; (2) operate, maintain, and improve the quality of our Services; (3) communicate with you by postal mail, e-mail, text (SMS, MMS), and/or phone about our Services; (4) to carry out other purposes that are described to you at the time the information is collected; and (5) as otherwise required by law.
More detailed examples of how we use the information we have (subject to choices you make) as described below and to provide and build better Sprocket Services as described in our Terms of Service. Services are dynamic and we be required to collect new information or collect information in a different manner. We will notify you and may modify this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Provide our Services
We use your information to deliver our services, like processing the terms you search in order to return results or helping you share your bicycle sale with local community members by using the location you provide to surface it to those viewing Sprocket bicycle sales nearby.
We use location-related information such as your current location (if you’ve allowed us to collect it) or marketplace viewing location (if you’ve entered it into the filter) to show relevant products and ads to you and others.
Maintain & improve our Services
We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us. And we use your information to make improvements to our services — for example, understanding which screens the app is crashing on in order to identify the bugs causing those crashes and provide updates fixing them as quickly as possible or understanding if certain tasks, for example how to make an offer, are taking too long to complete and require an interface redesign to improve the feature for everyone.
Develop new Services
We use the information we collect in existing Services to help us develop new ones. For example, understanding how and why people were searching bicycle factory specs in an early version of the Sprocket app, helped us pivot into designing and launching the Sprocket marketplace for buying and selling bicycles.
Measure performance
We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits to our apps-sites to do things like optimize product design and the effectiveness of our service. We use a variety of tools to do this, including Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect Console and Google Firebase Console.
Communicate with you
We use information we collect, like your email address, to respond to you when you contact us. If you contact Retrographic LLC to report inaccurate or inappropriate information on a bicycle listed on Sprocket, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help resolve the issue. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. Or send you push notifications related to your use of our Services.
Protect Retrographic LLC, Sprocket users, and the public
We use information to help improve the safety and reliability of our Services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm Retrographic LLC, Sprocket users, or the public.
If other users are looking at bicycles for sale on Sprocket, we may show them your publicly visible Google Account information, such as your name and photo. This helps people identify you as a more trusted seller, for example.
Ads and other sponsored content
We use the information we have about you including information about (for example the location you provide) to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.
3. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Storage and Processing:
- Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Retrographic LLC, its Affiliates or Service Providers, such eBay Partner Network and Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, maintain facilities.
- Sprocket, its Affiliates, or Service Providers, such as eBay Partner Network and Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
- By registering for and using the Service you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or to any other country in which Sprocket, its Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
- We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure. However, Sprocket cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Sprocket or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
- Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Sprocket and Retrographic LLC, at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes the social media services you connect to Sprocket make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.
United States Operation:
- The Services are operated from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to use the Services or provide information to us, your information will be transferred, processed and stored on SalesForce Heroku servers built on top of Amazon infrastructure in the United States. Likewise, your image information will be stored on Amazon AWS S3 infrastructure. United States privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge and consent to this practice.
4. WHETHER WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH OTHERS
We do not share your data with third parties, except as governed and directed by you. We do not sell your data for any purpose.
5. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We take several measures to safeguard the collection, transmission and storage of the data we collect. These steps depend on the sensitivity of the data that we collect, process, and store. Although we strive to employ reasonable protections for your information that are appropriate to its sensitivity, we do not guarantee or warrant the security of the information you share with us and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction, loss or inadvertent disclosure of your information or content. No system is 100% secure.

- While Sprocket, doing business as Retrographic LLC, continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and Retrographic LLC cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Sprocket. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
6. YOUR INFORMATION PRIVACY CONTROLS
This section describes key controls for managing your privacy across our services.

When you’re signed out, you can manage information associated with your browser or device.
How long we keep your User Content:
- We retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. Information about you that is no longer necessary and relevant for our operations will be disposed of. In addition, we may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Services’ terms and conditions and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Following termination or deactivation of your account, Retrographic LLC, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers, may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
Removing and deleting your information
- Profile information. While your name, profile image and community points will always be shared with buyers, you can delete any additional information that you added to your profile at any time if you don’t want people who use the Sprocket Service to see it.
- Your bicycle sales. While signed in to your Sprocket account you can delete bikes, parts, wanted listings, etc. you have for sale. You can also deactivate listings if you want them to become invisible for a time and not delete them permanently.
- Editing and Accessing Your Information. You can review and edit certain account information by logging in to your account settings and profile. If would like to terminate your Sprocket account, navigate to settings when signed in to do so. If you are unable to figure this out please contact us through our support email ([email protected]) with your request. If you choose to terminate your account, we will deactivate it for you but may retain information from your account for a certain period of time and disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy for accounts that are not closed. We also may retain information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the Sprocket Platform, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
- You can export a copy of content in your Google (+Strava), Microsoft, Yahoo or Apple Account if you want to back it up or use it. For Google with Google Takeout https://takeout.google.com For Microsoft with Privacy Export https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/export For Yahoo with Privacy Dashboard https://yahoo.mydashboard.oath.com/lite For Apple with Data and Privacy https://privacy.apple.com/
- You can delete your entire Google, Strava, Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo or Apple Account through websites provided by these companies.
- Collections from children. Sprocket is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and Retrographic LLC does not knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. Sprocket does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected such personal information, we will delete that information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or via feedback form in the section of the mobile application or website at which to contact us.
There are other ways to control the information collected whether or not you’re signed in to your Google, Strava, Microsoft, Yahoo or Apple Account, including:
- Browser settings: For example, you can configure your browser to indicate when Retrographic LLC has set a cookie in your browser. You can also configure your browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or all domains.
- Device-level settings: Your device may have controls that determine what information we collect. For example, you can modify your location settings on your Android or iOS device or on Web.
8. RIGHT TO CORRECT INACCURACIES
You may also have the right to request that we rectify (correct, update, or modify) inaccurate personal data we may have collected or maintained about you. You may exercise your rights by, emailing us at [email protected], or visiting support. sprocket.bike identity, we will let you know what, if any, personal data we can rectify from our records.
9. RIGHT TO FAIR TREATMENT
We will not discriminate or treat you differently based on exercise any of the rights in this Privacy Policy including the denial of goods or services, charging of different prices, providing different levels of quality of goods or service, or suggestions of receiving different levels of quality or pricing for goods.
10. YOUR INFORMATION PRIVACY CONTROLS IN REGARDS TO OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Service, such as eBay and Amazon, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Service to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our mobile app or website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your User Content you do so at your own risk.
If you have questions in regards to any matters relating to your use of Amazon, eBay or any other web sites or services linked to our service, you must follow contact directions on Amazon, eBay or those other sites to address your customer service issues.
7. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
When You Share Your Information
Many of our Services let you share information with other people. Remember, when you share information publicly, your content may become accessible through search engines, including Google, Bing, Yahoo Search, etc. and AI systems such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Google Gemini, etc.
When you’re signed in and interact with some Sprocket Services, like leaving comments on a Sprocket bicycle sale or reviewing a bicycle in our database, your name and photo may appear next to your activity.
You may choose to share your or our data outside the Services. If you choose to share or post your location information or any other information via such third parties, it is possible that unintended people could have access to such information. You should use caution when sharing information via third parties and you should carefully review the privacy practices of such third parties.
Sharing Within Retrographic LLC:
- We may share your information and content within Retrographic LLC to operate, improve or promote the Sprocket mobile and website Services.
We May Share Information With Third Parties:
We work with third-parties such as affiliates and other integration partners who help us provide a more feature-rich service to you, and may provide us with revenue to offset our service operating expenses. We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Retrographic LLC without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.
- Retrographic Group. We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that Retrographic LLC is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates, such as eBay Partner Network and Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences).
- Third Party Services. We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers, such as:
1. eBay Partner Network and Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms. We also may share information related to monitoring of your clicking our affiliate partners in-app Special Links that redirect you to our affiliate partners websites. We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners, such as eBay Partner Network and Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
2. Stripe Inc. will process transactions for you when done on the sprocket.bike website and may receive Personal Data from you. Additionally, where required by Law or Payment Method Rules, Stripe may delete or disconnect your personal Data from Retrographic LLC’s Stripe Account when requested to do so by you.
- Service providers. We work with third party service providers to perform services on our behalf, such as verifying with BikeIndex if a serial number registered on BikeIndex is marked stolen or not, and we may share your information with such service providers to help us provide the Sprocket Platform, including all of the things described in Sections above.
- Change of ownership. While negotiating or in relation to a change of corporate control such as a restructuring, merger or sale of our assets.
- Government information request. If a government authority requests information and we think disclosure is required or appropriate in order to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process.
- Harm prevention. With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or third parties if we think doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Sprocket community, Sprocket, Retrographic LLC, or the public.
- Legal compliance. To comply with a legal requirement or process, including but not limited to, civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures.
- Business partnerships. To provide information about the use of the Sprocket platform to potential business partners we may remove parts of data that can identify you and/or combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated or de-identified information in a form that can’t reasonably be used to identify you; and
- At your direction. If you direct us to do so or you otherwise consent to such sharing. For example if you refer someone we may let them know you generated the referral and share your use of the Sprocket Platform with that user.
Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:
- Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. To remove the User Content from the Service please sign in and navigate to the bicycle sale item, tap delete. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
- If you refer someone to the Sprocket Platform, we will let them know that you generated the referral. If another user referred you, we may share information about your use of the Sprocket Platform with that user. For example, a referral source may receive a Referral Reward when they join the Sprocket Platform or create a certain number of Sale Listings and would receive such information.
- Any User Content that you post is accessible and searchable by other Users and the Public, including if they don’t have an account. This includes your account name; any information you share with the public audience, such as on Sprocket Marketplace.
- If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have sent, shared, copied or saved that information to anyone on or off our Service. Public information can also be seen, accessed, re-shared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that may integrate with our Service.
Unforeseeable Disclosures:
- Your personally identifiable information may be disclosed to third parties in unforeseeable situations that are not preventable even when commercially reasonable protections are employed, such as in the case that Sprocket or the Services or Retrographic LLC is subject to a hacking or other attack.
What Happens In The Event Of A Change Of Control:
- If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Sprocket or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.
Responding To Legal Requests And Preventing Harm:
- We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. In order to provide you with even more local bicycle options to choose from we have partnered with our Affiliate Partners in order to show you additional bicycles available on the eBay and Amazon platforms.
- We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
- We are a participant in the Ebay Partner Network Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to eBay.com and affiliated sites.
- When you click on links to various merchants on the Sprocket mobile app and website and are redirected to our partners websites to make a purchase, this can result in Retrographic LLC earning a commission. Affiliate programs and affiliations include, but are not limited to, the eBay Partner Network, and the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.

If you are a California resident, you may request and obtain from us, once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties, if any, to which we disclosed your PII (such as your name and contact information) for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and the categories of PII shared with those third parties. 11. CHILD SAFTEY STANDARDS
We explicitly prohibit Users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children will be subject to immediate removal from Services. This includes all child sexual abuse materials. To report content on Services that may exploit a child, email at [email protected]
We prohibit the use of apps to endanger children. This includes but is not limited to use of Services to promote predatory behavior towards children, such as:
- Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
- Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
- Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
- Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
- Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, if we become aware of content with child sexual abuse materials. If you believe a child is in danger of or has been subject to abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement and contact a child safety organization.
We also don’t allow posts that promote negative body or self-image including apps that depict for entertainment purposes plastic surgery, weight loss, and other cosmetic adjustments to a person's physical appearance.

Internet technology and the applicable laws, rules, and regulations change frequently. ACCORDINGLY, RETROGRAPHIC LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME UPON NOTICE TO YOU, TO BE GIVEN BY THE POSTING OF A NEW VERSION OR A CHANGE NOTICE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PRIVACY POLICY PERIODICALLY. IF AT ANY TIME YOU FIND EITHER THIS POLICY OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SERVICE.
